Special Exhibition

* CHF 1 from each full admission price will be donated to the project 'Wald von morgen’ (Forest of Tomorrow) of WaldBeiderBasel and the Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank.

Free admission with the MUSEUMS-PASS-MUSÉE, the Swiss Museum Pass, the Raiffeisencard and membership of the Natural History Museum Basel's Friends Association.

Free admission for all persons in need of protection and persons admitted on a temporary basis (F, N and S identity cards).

How to get here

By public transport
Take tram No. 2 (from SBB railway station or Badischer Bahnhof) to the 'Kunstmuseum' stop, then walk through the Rittergasse and over Münsterplatz to Augustinergasse 2 (museum entrance).

Take tram no. 8 or 11 (from SBB railway station) to the 'Marktplatz' stop, then walk via Freie Strasse and Münsterplatz to Augustinergasse 2 (museum entrance).

By car
Take the motorway exit for 'Basel City' or 'Badischer Bahnhof'. Please follow the parking guidance system and use the multi-storey car parks in the city centre. The museum does not have any parking facilities.
