International Museum Day

The International Museum Day was created over 40 years ago by the International Association of Museums. Since then it has been held every year in May. It is a reminder of the value of museums for cultural exchange. Last year, more than 37,000 museums in 158 countries and regions worldwide took part in the event. We are also taking part once again and are offering free admission to our museum all day long.
